A. Full Costume Hire ranges from $75 to $125 for 1 – 3 days' hire. We also either require: a credit card imprint; or a refundable security cash-bond of $100 per costume, which is fully refunded when the costume is returned - in the same condition it left the store and within the agreed time period. Q. Do I have to book my costume early?

A. Costumes may be booked up to three weeks ahead of collection, the more notice we have the better.

We know you can’t always plan everything weeks in advance, you’re welcome to come in at the last minute – if it’s on the floor you can hire it on the same day.

Q. Can you email photos of the costumes to me?

A. A small sample of our costumes can be seen on the Photos & Ideas pages, we are working to add more all the time. There are thousands of costumes plus accessories available.

Please phone us on 03 9670 1765 to confirm that the costume you’re looking for will be available to view when you come in – you won’t believe how many costumes are in stock to choose from & accessories available to complement them.

Q. Do you have lots of sizes?

A. We can usually cater for small, medium, large & extra large in mens & womens sizes. We often have more than one size available of our most popular costumes. Give us a call before you come in, we’ll be happy to see what is available in your size.

Q. How long does it take to have a fitting and make a booking?

A. It usually takes at least half an hour to select a costume and organise your booking, but you can take as much time as you need to find the perfect costume. Please arrive at least 1/2 hour before advertised closing time for your costume selection.

Q. What if I damage or lose a costume I hired?

A. We understand that accidents may happen while you’re having fun, if you spill something on the costume don’t panic! We’d prefer to clean the stain ourselves, just bring it in and let us know what happened.

If the costume is damaged, lost or stolen, we will have to recover the cost of replacement which may be more than the security bond previously paid.
